Introduction

　　本年二月二十四日，整个世界都被俄罗斯全面入侵乌克兰的举动震惊了。自战火点燃至今，数以百万计的乌克兰人被迫离开家园。很多人逃离到安全的地区，找到保障和支援；但更多人则在乌克兰境内流离失所，饱受战火威胁。如此情况引伸出新的议题：有关难民保护政策、对寻求庇护者的歧视、国际间的反应等论辩日趋炙热。讲者们会分享他们对难民灾难的思考、他们现在面对的挑战和困难等，同时亦会探讨一系列社会政治的影响和回应。
